Obituary

Sharon Sue Crabtree, 68, of Muncie, IN left this world on January 13, 2009. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She was born on March 3, 1940 to Kenny Williams, Connie Curry - Rogers, and John Rogers. On May 16, 1975 in Muncie, IN she married Jesse C. Crabtree who survives.
She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She attended the True Light Baptist Church. She loved to go shopping. After she became ill she enjoyed shopping QVC from home. QVC knew her by her phone ring and first name. She was a very giving person. If she didn?t have it she would order it for you. Her Avon Lady will miss her orders. To Sharon, money was not important, she loved to give and help others. She was a loyal customer to her beautician Patsy at Head West. She didn?t? want to be seen without her hair done. She also enjoyed camping.
Sharon is leaving behind her cherished husband of 32 years, Jesse Crabtree of Muncie, IN; daughter, Connie Blair Gustin (husband: Jay) of Muncie; son, Rob Blair of Selma, IN; three step-children, Brian Crabtree (wife: Elaura) of Naples, FL; Beth Ann Crabtree (companion: Pat Eley) of Muncie; Bruce Crabtree of Muncie; grandchildren, Joshua Gustin (wife: Amanda) of Muncie; Tyler Gustin (wife: Karen) of Selma; Lucas Blair of Selma; Jesse Crabtree, Donnie Crabtree of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Ashley Crabtree all of Muncie; one special great-grandchild, Kahner Gustin of Selma; special friend, Judy Stillwagon Barnum.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father John Rogers, one brother, Butch Rogers, her beloved dog Sandy.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 16, 2009 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Dennis Trimble will officiate the service. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie, IN. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral Home.
