Shirley Ann Daugherty, 96 of Muncie passed away February 19,2024 at Westminister Village. She was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania to the late Eugene Gregory Sr.  and Lena (Moehler) Harris. Married Glenn Daugherty in 1947.  She worked for Ball State University as an Office Manager. Shirley enjoyed  craft shows, traveling, shopping, and High Street Methodist Church where she played bridge.
Shirley was survived by sons Glenn Daugherty,Jr. (Dian) of Muncie, Indiana; Don Daugherty (Rhonda) of Saugatuck, Michigan and Mark Daugherty (Sarah) of Muncie, Indiana. Eight grandchildren Chris Daugherty (Monica), Abby Butler (Mike), Joel Daugherty, Kristen Beal (Lance) , Kyle Daugherty (Savieyn), Ryan Anderson, Katharyn Watts (Dr. Sheldon) and Bradley Daugherty. Eleven  great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents  Eugene Sr. and Lena (Moehler) Harris; brother Eugene Harris Jr., and her husband Glenn Daugherty.
Visitation and funeral service  will be held on February 27, 2024 at 11:00 am until 1:00pm with funeral services at 1:00pm at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N State Road 3, Muncie, Indiana, Pastor Damon Soper will be officiating with burial at Garden of Memory Cemetery.  Flowers are welcome.
