Thelma Pauline Wyrick, 102, of Muncie, died early Tuesday morning, June 12, 2018 at Morrison Woods Health Campus. She was born January 19, 1916 in Martinsville, IN and was the daughter of the late Ed & Lola (Mercer) Poore.

Thelma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. She loved her family and spending time with them. Thelma loved cooking, gardening, sewing and going antiquing.

Thelma is survived by her three children, Barbara Craig (Charles), Mary Jean Brann (Richard) and Stan Wyrick all of Muncie; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years Chester Wyrick who passed away in 1995; three brothers Charles Poore, Bobby Poore and Bill Appleget,  a sister Jean Pitman and a granddaughter Beth Anne Craig also preceded her in death.
