Toni Lynn Foltz, 68, of Muncie, passed away on June 8, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones after a 27-month battle with cancer. Toni was born in Muncie, Indiana, on July 6, 1957, to Tony E. Smith and Jencie L. Satterfield. She married Bruce Foltz on August 19, 2007.

Toni graduated from Union High School in Modoc, Indiana, in 1975. She was a faithful member of True Light Baptist Church, where she was actively involved in many ministries, including serving as a teacher in the Fast Zones children’s program. Toni was also a leader in her Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) group.

Toni had many passions in life, but none surpassed her love for her family and her Savior, Jesus Christ. She also had a gift for creativity and loved decorating for parties, weddings, and holidays. Toni was an accomplished seamstress who could create or alter almost any clothing item for family and friends. She made countless blankets and even created several bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns. Toni was a devoted grandmother who cherished hosting family gatherings and attending the many sporting events and activities of her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her signature blue eye shadow, infectious smile, willingness to help others, and selfless spirit. She was truly one of the kindest people anyone could ever meet.

Toni is survived by her parents, Tony Smith and Jencie Satterfield; her husband, Bruce Foltz; her children, Braden (Staci) Shore, Danielle (Sean) Beard, Michelle (Andre) Porter, Brian (Kelli) Shore, and Janelle (Kevin) Schwab; her stepchildren, Brett (Mindy) Foltz and Brittany (Miggy) Cabrera; her brother, Troy (Melanie) Smith; 23 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on June 15, 2026, and from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, at True Light Baptist Church, 805 N. Country Club Road, Muncie, Indiana 47303.

A funeral service celebrating Toni’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026, at True Light Baptist Church. Services will be officiated by Pastors Jason and Dennis Trimble.

Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory in Muncie, Indiana.
