Valerie Jean "Hole" Caldwell, 47, Muncie, passed away at her residence Wednesday, July 1, 2009.
A native and lifelong resident of Muncie, Valerie was the daughter of Dewey Hole and Marlene "Mitchell" Hole. She graduated from Wapahani High School with the class of 1980 where she was an honor student and cheerleader.
Valerie loved her family and enjoyed camping.
She was employed as a manager with Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis Scott Caldwell, Greenwood; her mother, Marlene Hole, Selma; two sons, Matthew Caldwell, Selma and D.J. Maddox, Selma; one daughter, Cheyenne Caldwell, Selma; her step-son, Christopher Caldwell, Muncie; two sisters, Cheryl Hole, Indianapolis and Susan Hole, Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.
Valerie was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services for Valerie will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009 in Parson Mortuary with Pastor Jim Day officiating.
Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, 10703 N. State Rd 3, Muncie, IN.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m. Thursday prior to services.
