Vera Margaret Mercer, of Muncie, passed away a few days following her 95 ^th birthday, surrounded by her loving family members.  Vera was born on April 8, 1924 to the late William Arthur and Florence (Bogir) Hiles, in Muncie.

Vera took great pride in being a homemaker all of her life and leaves behind her children: Kathy Sewell, Debbie Rissman, Sheila McIlwain, and Jeff Mercer; along with many grandchildren.
