Victor J Sprong's Obituary
Victor J. Sprong, 95, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017, at the VA Hospital in Marion, IN.
Victor was born January 8th 1922, in Muncie, IN to D. R. Sprong and Alta (Legg) Sprong.
He joined the United States Army/Air Corp and served in WWII. After returning home, he continued operating Sprong Family Farm. He married the love of his life on December 16, 1966.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Floyd Sprong and two sisters; Lova Morris and Ondah Evens
Victor is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary E. (Odle) Sprong and two sons; David Sprong and Tim Sprong; four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Friends may call on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, from 4-8 pm and an hour before the service Thursday at Garden View Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 6th at 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
