Waneta Joan Reneau of Muncie, Indiana passed away at her residence at the age of 90 on Monday, April 19, 2021. She was born in Muncie, Indiana on September 22, 1930 to the late Earl and Viola (Smith) Martin.

Waneta graduated from Muncie Central High School. She married George W. Reneau on May 23, 1970 in Gaston, Indiana. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a lover of all animals, but especially her dog, Puppy Kitty and cat, Lucy.

Waneta is survived by her sons, Bill Warmoth of Muncie, Indiana and Charles Warmoth (Patty) of Utah; daughter, Teresa Thompson (Rene) of Muncie, Indiana; ten grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Waneta was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Viola (Smith) Martin; husband, George W. Reneau; and daughter, Virginia Reneau.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 26, 2021 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM in Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 North State Road 3, Muncie. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM, also in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
