William "Bobby" Robert Gann, 50, of Muncie, died Monday evening, February 23rd, 2015, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. He was born July 2nd, 1964 in St. Petersburg, FL, and was the son of the late James Robert Gann and Doris Maria (Kamuf) Maurer.
Bobby loved muscle cars, racing, motorcycles, and fishing. He enjoyed going to the James Dean Festival. Bobby was a very outgoing individual that loved his family especially his children and grandchildren.
Bobby is survived by his two children, Austin Gann of Lafayette and Jessica Gann (Tony) of Indianapolis; two grandchildren Mercedes Couch and Brayden Stewart of Indianapolis; a brother James Gann (Misty) of Muncie; five sisters, Tammy Williams (Kevin) Paragon, IN, Angela Maurer of Noblesville, Amanda Norris (Brad) of McCordsville, Barbara Maurer (Ryan) of Muncie, and Stacie Gann of Arizona; his step-father Daniel Maurer of Muncie; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson Bentley Couch; his grandmother Elizabeth Kamuf and grandfather James Maurer.
Funeral Services for Bobby will be held Thursday, February 26th, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Garden View Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
