Zella M. Horn, 80, of Muncie, IN passed away Friday May 8, 2009 at Ball Memorial Hosptial in Muncie. She was born on March 8, 1929 the daughter of George and Myrtle (Baskin) Adams.
She worked at Feeny Manufacturing for 31 years and retired in 1994 as a foreman. She enjoyed working hard, crocheting, quilting, and sewing.
Surviving relatives include two daughters and one son, Penny (Holland) Hershberger (husband: Edward) of Huntington, IN; Teresa (Horn) Jones (husband: Stanley) of Muncie, IN; Allen Horn of Muncie, IN; one brother, Ronald Adams of Muncie, IN; one sister, Peggy Roach; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Orville Horn, brother Homer Adams, sister Margie M. Deavers, granddaughter Michelle (Jones) Conley.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 13, 2009 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 North State Road 3 Muncie, IN. Pastor Bryan Hayden will officiate the service. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Muncie.
